The use of Self-awareness/360º Tools is optional, offering the advantage of gathering structured information that stimulates self-reflection and expands self-awareness. The more aware the participant is of his/her more robust areas and areas of surveillance, the better will be the choices he/she will make for his/her program.
There is a huge offer of Self-awareness/360º Tools on the market and the choice was not easy. The criteria that guided us were:
- to offer self-assessment options (the questionnaire is only filled out by the participant: an appropriate option when it is not intended to make visible the fact that the participant is in coaching or when it is not intended to overwhelm the organization with requests to fill in questionnaires) and 360º assessments (the questionnaire is filled out by the participant, the team, the hierarchical superior, if applicable, and his/her peers);
- the assessments being reliable and having on their origin an adequate and sustained investigation;
- the assessments based on robust and relevant theoretical models for the segment we work with;
- recognition of the assessments in the international market: having been successfully applied in a wide range of international reference companies.
