The Executive Coaching addresses the leaders’ and managers’ need to find their own answers, in a safe and confidential space that provides the optimal conditions to surpass themselves, to reach goals and to overcome obstacles.
The Individual Coaching programs can be part of a global intervention, which includes other coaching modalities, or can be a single component. The number of sessions, their duration and regularity are defined according to the nature of the goals to be achieved.
On the segment in which we work, it is common for the coaching contracts to be linear (between coachee and coach). However, the tripartite coaching contract (between sponsor, coachee and coach) is also common practice when there are very specific expectations from the sponsor about the results of the Individual Coaching programs.
The coach supports the executive individually, in the process of identifying the goals to be achieved.
On each session, the executive is invited to systematize the conclusions he/she has reached, the progress he/she has made and what he/she still wants to do in order to achieve the goals, as well as to identify the actions to put into practice until the next session.
Thus, it is created a context in which the progress occurs at a deep level and emerges from the inside out, giving expression to the participant’s aspirations, in total respect for the person he/she is, activating his/her potential and dealing with adversities as in martial arts: taking advantage of his/her strength to generate energy for change and transformation, towards the goals to be achieved.
An example of where the Individual Coaching has great impact is in the Top Management Support Programs.
