The Group Coaching is aimed at groups of people from a company, with the goal of maximizing the energy, experience and knowledge of the individuals in an environment where the people of the group learn from each other, in order to achieve personal or organizational goals.
This component allows the participants in the Individual Coaching program to share challenges, discoveries and improvements and also to challenge the group to contribute with options that may take it further on its evolution.
It is a powerful work that occurs within previously agreed limits and conditions, that protects the group-system while granting the security to dare asking for and offering help, modeling a new way of being that tends to expand itself and to neutralize the toxins and installed misunderstandings, giving way to a healthier and more collaborative work environment.
