It is not psychotherapy, training, counseling or consulting. It’s pure coaching! The creation of conditions for the client to find its options, solutions, answers and decisions.
And it’s not saying too little, considering that the coaching professional uses, at the same time, 11 competencies that allow to generate the energy, the challenging level and the activation of the client’s potential. Alongside with these skills, the coach integrates tools and approaches in a totally individualized way, according to the program’s goal and the unique characteristics of the client in coaching.
The Executive Coaching Programs we provide often take place with all the members of the Top Executive Team (Executive Administration, Executive Committee, C-Suite Level or other designation used by the company) – or even of the Extended Executive Team –, providing a transformation space in individual sessions of Executive Coaching, whose results can be enhanced through the Group Coaching and generate synergistic effects of alignment and/or collective calibration by way of the Team Coaching.
